I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting a yoga workshop at Inner Revolution Yoga Studio this fall.

I am pleased to announce that I will be guiding and Yin Yoga and Journaling workshop for anxiety at Inner Revolution Yoga Studio on March Road,  Journaling is an effective way of releasing emotion and is a great companion practice to Yin Yoga.  Yin Yoga is slow paced style where the postures are held for longer periods of time to increase flexibility.  This slow approach is meditative and encourages quiet self reflection, self compassion and relaxation. We lay the foundation of openness in our bodies to let held emotions arise with the yin postures and then we journal with writing prompts. These prompts are designed to guide your inner exploration and reflection.  This session is suitable for all as no experience with yoga or writing is necessary. You will leave with a new journal, loaded with prompts so that you may continue the practice on your own at home
