Situated in the cozy community room at St. Mary's church, this class is a fun Hatha flow that will increase strength and flexibility. While this is a vigorous flow, I offer alternates and modifications to many poses making this class suitable for the absolute beginner as well as the seasoned practitioner. These classes are designed to leave you feeling fit, refreshed and energized.
